I attended the new beginnings workshop last night. I would absolutely recommend. Richard, the teacher, is so knowledgeable and we learnt skills that we can use outside of class. Initially we did some very gentle Tai Chi exercise, I felt transformed to China, the music helped create a wonderful energy too. Richard had made the room very atmospheric with scented candles, scented to evoke new beginnings. Our meditation was wonderful and easy to follow. Took me to a lovely, relaxed state and am excited as to what 2020 has in store. Highly recommend and I hope to continue my journey with Glossop Tai Chi.

Loved every class at Hattersley. Beginners easy to follow along with and managed to practice at home following Richard's videos. If you're interested in Tai Chi and don't know where to start, make this your first stop!

I have had the condition Fibromyalgia for many years. Tai Chi helps with my balance and has strengthened my muscles. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that brings me all around well being. I love it.

All places on courses require a deposit of £15 to reserve your place, or £20 on seven week courses. Unfortunately I am not able to offer refunds of this part of your payment, however should something arise I'd be happy to accommodate you on a later course or at any of my other venues.
