What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a form of gentle soft exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Originally from China it was created by a Taoist Monk called Chang San Feng in the 12th Century. Since then it has been practiced for building health in slow motion throughout China before being spread across the World. 

Tai Chi is great to practice outdoors in the morning or evenings alongside sources of natural energies such as the sea or a nearby waterfall. 

The practice is both relaxing and re-jouvanating. 

It can be practiced by all ages and people of all abilities, it has many health benefits that are being uncovered more and more over time.
