Self Love Meditation and Chi Healing Workshop

Dates to be Confirmed
Join us on a journey of Self discovery through meditation in Self Love.

The course consists of three short guided mindfulness meditations.

- LETTING GO
- BEING THANKFUL
- YOU ARE ENOUGH

- Feel good Chi Kung and breathing Exercises.

-Chi Healing with Meditation*

*Chi Healing consists of several components, there is no physical contact with the receiver.

1. The practitioner scans and feels the subtle energy field and feels for disturbances and differences in the field. There are as many different sensations as there are injuries and ailments.

2. Either pull out the blockage and any accumulated stagnant/negative Chi and then replace it with Universal Chi or simply focus Universal Chi to the area.

3. Seal the area so that the chi can flow and the energy field is put back into its natural state once again.

Annual Summer Retreat

Dates to be Confirmed
Each year I host an annual Weekend Retreat in some of the most beautiful parts of the UK the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District have played host to us in recent years.

Join us in the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors this Summer for our annual weekend retreat.

Set in the beautiful Vale of Pickering, our venue was once home to the Cayley family and in particular George Cayley who inherited the Wydale estate amongst other estates in 1792.

The valley to the front of the hall provided the launch site for a number of his early experiments with aviation, starting as early as 1853.

This years theme will all be about breathing, with focus on the finer details about breathing Sky Fishermen Chi Kung, Tibetan breathing techniques for strengthening lung function for better health, and breathing patterns to be practiced whilst performing the Tai Chi form which is the second level after learning the movements of the Form which is important in obtaining the further health benefits of practice for serious Tai Chi practitioners.

We will also spend some time on learning the third section of the Tai Chi Fan Form.

Our venue consists of 25 en suite bedrooms an indoor space for practice and wonderful outdoor spaces overlooking the splendid Vale of Pickering.
